Please take the time to read our Terms & Conditions. It's very important that you do so because by placing an order online you are stating that you have read & understood them and we want to make sure you are happy with Tulia and your Tulia experience.
Delivery & Availability
We are a very busy small company and hope you understand that even if goods are in stock it can take up to 3 days for orders to be despatched to our delivery company. Delivery will be made solely to the address specified on your order as a convenient daytime delivery address and therefore please choose an address where you know someone will be able to receive it.
If your order contains a 'bespoke' item i.e. made to order, you will be notified of expected lead times once we receive your order. You can contact us at any time before placing an order to obtain estimated lead times for 'bespoke' items. These are commissioned especially for you and are not held in stock.
All 'bespoke' items are clearly marked within the description for that product or as per our terms & conditions. You may request us to part despatch your order whilst we are awaiting delivery of the 'bespoke item, however an additional delivery charge will apply for this additional delivery.
If your order is being delivered by Royal Mail and you are unavailable to accept delivery, a ’while you were out’ card should be left at the address and the parcel taken back to your local depot, if after 1 week you have not collected your parcel it will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for its redelivery, this will be chargeable.
Standard postage & packing charges for all orders can be found on our Delivery pages. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days if goods are in stock. For 'bespoke' items please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you require a 'bespoke' item urgently, please contact us & we will do what we can to help.
Occasionally an item may be out of stock, if this is the case you should receive notification of stock status before you reach the checkout. As our products are carefully sourced and selected from our craftsmen and women we recommend you place orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
For orders outside mainland UK ( Eire, Channel Islands & International) please email enquiries@tulia.co.uk to obtain details of ordering & shipping costs.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order however we do understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. We will gladly offer you either an exchange or refund (excluding any postage & merchant service fees) providing goods have been returned within 14 days of receipt and arrive back with us in perfect condition in their original packaging.
Please note, goods are returned to Tulia at your own cost. Sorry, but we are unable to offer refunds on items broken or lost during return transit, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they have reached us. But if you please wrap items securely, enclosing a completed returns form (you can obtain this by emailing customerservices@tulia.co.uk) and return items to us using registered (signed for) delivery or ask for proof of postage, both available at your post office. Please remember to keep any receipts.
For heavier items please call us to arrange collection. You will receive your exchange, refund or credit note (excluding any postage) within 10 working days of us receiving back the goods. Any damaged items or products received in error must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement (if available) to be sent to you as soon as possible. Refunds are not available on 'bespoke' items. These terms are in addition to your statutory rights.
Colours & Dimensions
We have worked hard to ensure that descriptions, colour reproduction, dimensions and prices are correct at the time of printing/submission to our website. We do reserve the right to alter price but if a product price has changed you will be informed before your order is processed giving you the opportunity to cancel your order if you wish. Dimensions are given in metric by height, width, weight or diameter. Please remember that some of our products are natural and may therefore have variations in colour shade.
Secure Payment & Data Security
Tulia uses PayPal to process all online orders. Don't worry if you do not have a PayPal account, PayPal can still process a secure card payment for you. Please follow their on screen instructions. PayPal provide a 24 hour secure server thus ensuring all your payment information is encrypted and protected.
For your peace of mind, our mailing list is not made available to anybody other than Tulia staff. We only use the information you give us to process & despatch your order or send you our newsletter if you have requested it, so you won't be bothered by mail from other companies.
Contract Cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please contact our customer services department on customerservices@tulia.co.uk. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.
To purchase products from this Website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:
• Provide your real name, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information. • Be over 18 years of age. • Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels or accommodation addresses are not acceptable. • Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank that is acceptable to us.
If you place an order you are agreeing to accept all terms and conditions which are available on this website www.tulia.co.uk.
Tulia reserves the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. Common reasons are payment failures, unavailability of a product, errors in prices &/or product descriptions posted on the website. By placing your order, you agree that Tulia Ltd's total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the price actually paid to Tulia for the product.
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by us either by email or by phone.
